The programme provides your business with an experienced mentor and advisor. Monthly visits support directors and owners in examining opportunities or concerns they may have and give guidance and source national and international advice as may be needed.
Even though the programme is tailored to suit individual circumstances and changing needs, typically discussions are held around finance, cashflow, working capital, sales and marketing, go to market strategies, exporting, manufacturing, OHS&R, ISO and technology.
